These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Gallery Space: Photo Storage (the “App”), provided by [SafeVuni Mobile Technology Ltd   (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. App Purpose

The App provides gallery organization, focused media-review tasks, archive functions, photo and video compression, Live Photo conversion, Private Space, file and note protection, contact-related Private Space features, and task history.

2. User Control

The App helps you review and manage selected content. You are responsible for deciding which items to organize, archive, compress, convert, import, export, move, or delete. Review selected items carefully before confirming an action.

3. Backups and Data Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up important photos, videos, files, contacts, notes, and other content before making changes. We are not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, device issues, iOS behavior, iCloud syncing, backup settings, accidental deletion, app deletion, or misuse of the App.

4. iCloud and System Behavior

If your photo library or other content is synced with iCloud, changes made on one device may affect the same content on other devices connected to the same Apple ID. System recovery and synchronization behavior is controlled by Apple and your device settings.

5. Gallery Tasks and Archive

Organization tasks and archive tools are provided to help you maintain your library in smaller, user-directed workflows. The App does not guarantee that a particular organization decision is appropriate for every user. You remain responsible for reviewing the content and choosing the action.

6. Media Compression and Live Photo Conversion

Compression and conversion features may create output files that differ from the original content in format, file size, quality, metadata, or playback behavior. Keep important originals until you are satisfied with the output.

7. Private Space

Private Space is designed to separate selected content inside the App. It is not a substitute for secure device management or independent backups. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, passcode, app lock method, and backups.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

If the App offers an auto-renewable subscription or other Apple in-app purchase, the available period, price, trial information, and renewal terms are shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. An auto-renewable subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

9. Permissions

The App may request Photos, Contacts, Camera, or Face ID access depending on the features you use. Permissions are used to provide the selected app functions and can be managed in iOS Settings.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits, use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access information you do not have the right to access.

11. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device configuration, or that every output will meet every user’s preferred organization, format, quality, or file-size result.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or device functionality arising from use of the App.

13. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
