Privacy Policy
Effective Date: [20260801]
This Privacy Policy explains how [SafeVuni Mobile Technology Ltd ] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Gallery Space: Photo Storage (the “App”).
1. Overview
Gallery Space: Photo Storage provides gallery organization, focused media-review tasks, archive functions, media compression, Live Photo conversion, task history, and Private Space features. The listed 1.0 content workflows are designed to operate on user-selected content on the device unless otherwise disclosed in this policy.
2. Information Processed on Your Device
When you grant permission or use a related feature, the App may process photos, videos, Live Photos, media metadata needed to present organization or size information, files imported into Private Space, selected contacts, notes stored inside the App, and task-history information created by actions you perform.
This information is used to provide the App’s gallery-management, conversion, compression, archive, and Private Space functions.
3. Photos and Videos
The App may request access to your photo library so you can browse albums, organize media, complete gallery tasks, archive selected items, compress selected photos or videos, convert Live Photos, import items into Private Space, export results, or perform other user-selected actions supported by the App.
You decide which items to select and which available action to perform.
4. Live Photo Conversion and Media Compression
When you use Live Photo conversion or media compression, the App processes selected media to create an output file or result. Output format, file size, quality, metadata, or playback behavior may differ from the original depending on the option you choose.
5. Archive and Task History
The App may record local task states or history so you can review organization and media-processing actions. Archive and task-history information is used to support the relevant in-app workflows.
6. Private Space
The App may provide Private Space for selected photos, videos, files, contacts, and notes. Private Space is designed to keep selected content separate inside the App. You are responsible for protecting your device, passcode, app lock method, and backups.
7. Contacts
If you use contact-related Private Space features, the App may request Contacts access so you can import or manage selected contacts. Contact access is used only for the feature you choose to use.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
If the App offers paid access through Apple in-app purchase or an auto-renewable subscription, payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
9. Third-Party Services and Data Transmission
The privacy disclosures for the submitted build must accurately reflect any analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, advertising, remote logging, backend, or other third-party services included in that build. If such services are used, [Company Name] must identify their relevant data practices here and in App Store Connect.
User photos, videos, files, contacts, notes, or Private Space content must not be described as local-only if the submitted build transmits that content to a server or third-party service.
10. Customer Support
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, or attachments. We use this information to respond to your request and provide support.
11. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly use the App to collect personal information from children beyond information a user may voluntarily provide through a support request. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the data flows implemented in the App. You should also protect your device, device passcode, app lock method, and backups.
13. Data Retention
Local gallery task information, archive states, Private Space content, and other local app data remain on the device until you delete, export, move, reset, or otherwise manage them, subject to iOS and backup behavior. Support communications may be retained as needed to respond to requests and maintain support records.
14. Your Choices
You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings. You may also remove local app data through available in-app controls or by deleting the App. Deleting the App may remove locally stored content depending on iOS and backup settings.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
